3 construction workers killed on I-83 in York County, Pennsylvania
Three construction workers were killed when a box truck slammed into a construction zone in York County, Pennsylvania Wednesday. The workers were on the shoulder of I-83 in Fairview Township which is about 110 miles from Philadelphia, when a driver crashed into a construction vehicle.
