Police have made two arrests in the murder of 16-year-old Saleem West.
It happened around 2 a.m. Monday in the 2500 block of North Marston Street.
The 52-year-old victim was found lying on the road around 12:25 a.m. Friday morning. He was rushed to Temple University hospital and placed in critical condition.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the 2100 block of North 23rd Street.
Police say the building where the bodies were found is owned by a funeral home around the corner.
