How's Life? New Ranking Of World Cities Says In Philadelphia, It's Pretty Good

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphians can truly say, Life is Good! A worldwide, human resources firm has ranked cities around the globe, according to the quality of life they offer. Where did Philadelphia come in?
Out of 230 cities ranked on factors including personal safety, environment, crime rates, education and access to quality housing the city of Brotherly Love came in at number 57. Only 9 other U.S. cities were ranked higher, and none were in the top 10 which was dominated by Western European cities.
The Mercer Quality of Living survey picked Vienna as the world's best city to live in.
The study is commonly used by big companies to decide where they should locate, and how much to pay workers.
