Woman Jumps Out Of Window To Escape East Germantown Fire
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Fire officials say a woman was hurt after jumping out of the window to escape a fire at her East Germantown home overnight.
This happened around midnight on 6300 block of Morton Street.
CBS 3 is told the fire started in a trash can at the halfway house. It was quickly placed under control.
The 47-year-old woman is in stable condition. No other injuries were reported.
The cause is still under investigation.
