West Chester Teacher Charged with Owning Child Porn
Delaware County authorities have charged a 34-year-old elementary school teacher with possession of child pornography. But his background is prompting officials to look further into the case.

KYW's David Madden reports from Media, Pa. that David Devine (above) admitted to police who came to his home that his personal computer had 500 kiddie porn shots he downloaded.
But Delaware County DA Mike Green says other admissions prompted them to take quick action:
"He is a first-grade teacher in the West Chester Area School District, and the director of a summer day camp for young children named Camp Flying Hawk."
That camp, run out of his home, had just a few takers this summer.
He's now suspended from his teaching position at Penn Wood Elementary School in West Chester, where he has been employed for a little more than a year and a half.
Parents there have been notified of the arrest, and Green is asking any parent with concerns to call him.
But it should be stressed Devine is not accused of abusing any child at this point.
Devine was ordered held in lieu of 10 percent of $250,000 bail and remanded to the Delaware County Prison. His preliminary hearing, before magisterial district justice Nicholas Lippincott in Media, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 10th.
