PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- As we end yet another below average month and begin a new one, temperatures are ever-so-slowly getting better.

Expect lots of sunshine for Wednesday, accompanied by cool temperatures in the low 50s and a light afternoon breeze. Tomorrow will be windy, but it won't feel bad; highs will surge into the mid-60s!

On Friday, a storm from the west will bring RAIN to the area that will last through Saturday morning, clearing out for Saturday afternoon and Easter. Temperatures will also fall back a bit, but only into the mid-50s this time.

No joke when it comes to this forecast; Happy April Fool's Day!
