Weather Blog: An Arctic Blast Then Another Weekend Storm

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Arctic air with make for a frigid Thursday, with highs in the 20s and wind chills in the teens.
Friday morning will be the coldest of the season, in the teens even in Philadelphia.
But all eyes are focused on Saturday when our next storm arrives.
A low pressure system is forecast to develop in the Southeast and travel over the Tennessee Valley and West Virginia Friday on its way to the Delaware Valley.
The precipitation is expected to begin as snow late Saturday morning/early afternoon.
Some snow accumulation is possible before a changeover to rain (Higher accumulations farther north and west).
There are still questions regarding the track and strength of the storm, which with ultimately determine the type and amount of precipitation.
