Virtua Looking To Acquire Lourdes Health System
CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) —Two big hospital chains in South Jersey could become one.
Virtua is looking into acquiring the Lourdes Health System and its two hospitals in Camden and Willingboro.
Virtua currently owns three hospitals in Burlington County.
The potential deal comes three months after cooper health backed out of a deal to buy Lourdes.
