Twice The Fireworks On The Waterfront
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It is a night to celebrate and a crowd is already taking their places at Penn's Landing- ready for the first of two big fireworks shows tonight. The first starts at 6 p.m. and the other at the stroke of midnight. CBS 3's Cleve Bryan has more from South Philadelphia.
