Term Limit Bill Back On Philadelphia City Council's Agenda
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A term limit bill is back on the agenda for Philadelphia City Council to consider. Councilmember Allan Domb introduced the legislation on Thursday.
The bill would allow voters to limit the number of terms a councilmember can serve to four.
The legislation excludes current members.
If passed, it would impact new members beginning on Jan. 1, 2024.
