Taste With Tori: Sabrina's

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Looking for a place to have brunch this weekend?

We have the place for you and there's a Halloween twist on the menu!

CBS 3's Vittoria Woodill has the spooktacular menu from the Fairmount section of the Philadelphia.

The restaurant is Sabrina's Cafe And Spencer's Too.

They are well-known for their brunch menu, and yes, they're definitely in the Halloween spirit here.

They've got skeletons on the wall and ghosts in your coffee.

"Our main vibe here is fun and good service," says assistant manager Eilidh MacIntyre.

Eilidh is just one of the staff members who keeps customers in good spirits on the register.

"Its really great," says diner Olivia Smurkowski. "They make you, when you're at the counter, feel like you're a part of the staff."

What kind of relationship does Eilidh have with her regular customers?

"It's pretty deep, I've had regulars visit my mom in Canada," says Eilidh. "They know a lot about us and we know a lot about them."

"So many relationships have actually developed at this counter between customers, it's really very cool and special," she explained.

Eilidh not only plays manager but therapist too!

"She's really great, she gave me some boyfriend advice one time," said another diner.

Eilidh is special according to Robert DeAbreu who owns the restaurant.

"She's definitely a hero at Sabrina's," he said.

The 'secret sauce' here is letting the staff be who they are.

DeAbreu showed us his cell phone where he gets text messages from customers letting him know how the restaurant is doing.

"It's just a way for me to connect with the guests," he says. "And a lot, I would say 90% of it is all great, maybe more and it's always about the service staff."

This weekend the staff is having some scary fun.

The brunch menu for Halloween is getting spooktacular too!

And let's just say it's to die for!

Menu items include the egg white of the living dead and Rosemary's babycakes.

There's the Amityville Challah stuffed french toast.

It's stuffed with cream cheese and ricotta filled with oreo cookie pieces, cranberry orange chutney and dried apricot and topped off with apple berry syrup.

Also scary good are the polenta pancakes, short rib hash, and two over easy eggs topped with a kale chimichurri.

You can order from the Halloween menu weekend but the brunch here is just as inventive and delicious.

We've set up a link to Sabrina's.
