Swastika Found Spray-Painted On Home In Northern Liberties
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are investigating a case of vandalism in Northern Liberties.
Police say someone spray-painted a swastika on a home along the 900 block of North 4th Street.
The homeowner told police he noticed the symbol of hatred Tuesday morning.
Eyewitness News was there as a worker tried to remove it.
No arrests have been made.
