Suspect In Custody After Shooting In Oxford Circle, Philadelphia Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting in the Oxford Circle neighborhood. A man was reportedly shot in the back on the 1400 block of Robbins Street just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a 40-year-old man was shot once in the lower back. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is in stable condition.
Investigators reportedly have a suspect in custody and recovered a gun.
