Suspect Arrested Following Police-Involved Car Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A Philadelphia police officer was transported to an area hospital after authorities said a suspected drunk driver crashed into the officer's car Saturday morning in Rhawnhurst.
The accident took place at Cottman and Frontenac streets at about 3 a.m. The officer was taken to Jeanes Hospital for neck and arm injuries.
The suspect was arrested and faces DUI charges.
