Big Game Recipes: Mango Guacamole

Ingredients: (Makes about 4 Cups)
3 Avocados, rough chopped
1 mango, peeled diced small
1 tomato, diced small
1 red onion, diced small
1 green pepper, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons Cilantro, minced
Pinch salt & pepper

1) In a bowl mash guacamole until smooth or desired texture. Mix in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve.
