Man Shot Twice In Head During Strawberry Mansion Shooting, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 42-year-old man is in critical condition after Philadelphia police say he was shot twice in the head. This happened in the 2500 block of North 28th Street around 9:24 p.m.
The department said officers took the victim to a local hospital.
There have been no arrests.
