The young son of former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Randall Cunningham has died in a drowning accident at his south Las Vegas home.
The 2½-year-old son of retired Eagles Randall Cunningham was found floating in the backyard hot tub of his parents' south Las Vegas home on Tuesday afternoon.
A woman who had been watching several children, including Cunningham's son, found the child, called 911, and performed CPR.
Paramedics removed the victim to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Las Vegas police lieutenant Dennis Flynn says the death appears to be accidental and no charges were expected to be filed.
Randall Cunningham played for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1985 to 1995.
