Snack In A Snap: The Ugly Oyster's Fried Oysters


  • Fresh oysters
  • Batter: buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, cornmeal, Old Bay seasoning
  • Panko crumbs
  • Peanut oil


Coat oysters in batter. Cover with panko crumbs. Heat peanut oil to 350-375 degrees. Place oysters into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce.
