Snack In A Snap: Bardea's Tiramisu
Ingredients:
- Espresso cremoso (egg-less pudding)
- Cardamom crumble
- Mascarpone cremoso
- Spongecake
- Cocoa powder
Directions:
In a short glass, alternate layers of espresso cremoso and mascarpone cremoso with a spoonful of cardamom crumble in between each. Top the last layer with a slice of spongecake and a dusting of cocoa powder.
