Sixers Play French National Anthem To Honor Paris Attack Victims

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Prior to taking the court on Monday night to face the Dallas Mavericks, the Sixers played the French National Anthem to honor victims of the recent attacks in Paris, France.

As the anthem played, members of both teams stood on the court. High above the Wells Fargo Center floor, the scoreboard read "Together," with the colors of the French Flag sitting atop of picture of Philadelphia juxtaposed with a picture of the Eiffel Tower.

The organization sent out a tweet on Saturday to express their feelings following the attacks.
