Severe Flooding, Mudslide Holds Up Traffic On Schuylkill Expressway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Severe flooding conditions and a mudslide had blocked all lanes on the Schuylkill Expressway Saturday night, according to PennDOT officials.
At about 9:30 p.m. police surrounded the scene at the Girard Avenue exit on the expressway. Eastbound traffic was backed up to Route 1.
No accidents were reported as a result of the mudslide.
