Schuylkill Expressway Cleared After Tractor-Trailer Overturns, Backs Up Traffic
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Drivers on the Schuylkill Expressway have the all-clear after a tractor-trailer that flipped on its side slowed the morning rush. Chopper 3 was over the crash, which happened around 6 a.m. on I-76 westbound, just west of the Girard Avenue exit.
The accident jammed traffic back to the Vine Street Expressway.
There are no reports of injuries.
