Rochelle Bilal Becomes Philadelphia's First Female Sheriff
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia has its first-ever female sheriff. Rochelle Bilal celebrated her election victory with supporters in East Germantown Tuesday night.
She ran unopposed.
Bilal defeated incumbent sheriff Jewel Williams in the May Democratic primary.
