Man Charged With Killing Teen Girl Stepping Off SEPTA Bus In Court For Preliminary Hearing
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man charged with killing a 16-year-old girl in North Philadelphia will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. Robert Jamieson is accused of fatally shooting Ceani Smalls as she stepped off a SEPTA bus last month.
Police say Jamieson was not permitted to carry a gun due to eight prior convictions.
He is charged with murder and attempted murder.
