Portion Of Kelly Drive Closed Due To Flooding
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A portion of Kelly Drive has been closed due to flooding. Philadelphia traffic crews have set up barriers and caution tape around the areas to detour drivers.
Video shows car stuck in the high water and the bike path just completely flooded over.
Barricades have been put up between Midvale Avenue and South Ferry Road. Officials say some drivers have been trying to go around them, so they also put up crime scene tape.
Drivers are warned to never drive through flooded roads.
A flood warning has been issued until 3:45 p.m. Friday for the Schuylkill River.
