Police: Woman Sexually Assaulted In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police are investigating after a woman reported she was sexually assaulted in West Philadelphia early Tuesday morning.
At 4:50 a.m., police say the 51-year-old victim was taking her trash to the curb when she was confronted by a man and forced back into her home near S. 51st and Catherine Streets.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5'10" tall, medium build, wearing a grey sweat suit with a hood, a white hat and white sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
