Police: Suspects Fleeing Traffic Stop Drag Officer, Crash Into 2 Vehicles In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Officials say a Philadelphia police officer was dragged by a vehicle during a traffic stop in West Philadelphia Tuesday night. It happened at Cobbs Creek Parkway and Sansom Street.
The officer suffered minor injuries.
Police say the two suspects in the fleeing vehicle got into an accident with two nearby cars. They were arrested after a short foot chase.
