Police Searching For Suspect They Say Indecently Assaulted Woman From Behind In Center City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The search is on for a suspect who police say indecently assaulted a woman from behind as she was loading packages into a car. It happened at 13th and Arch Streets on Monday, police say.
Philadelphia police released a video of the suspect caught on camera.
