Police: Man Killed, Woman Critically Wounded In Strawberry Mansion Double Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man and a woman were rushed to the hospital after a double shooting in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Gunfire erupted overnight on the 1900 block of North Napa Street.
According to police, a 33-year-old man was shot in the right thigh, he was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Meanwhile, police say a 38-year-old woman is in critical condition after she was shot in the chest.
Investigators are working to determine a motive.
