Police: Man Struck By Vehicle, Killed While Crossing Christopher Columbus Boulevard In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a man was struck by a vehicle and killed while crossing Christopher Columbus Boulevard Thursday night in South Philadelphia. It happened on the 1300 block of South Christopher Columbus Boulevard around 9 p.m.
Police say the man, approximately 25 to 30 years old, was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the striking vehicle and driver remained at the scene.
