Police Investigate Deadly Assault In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man has died after an apparent assault in Hunting Park.
Authorities say a man in his thirties was found laying on the side of the road near Broad and Lycoming Streets with blunt force trauma to the back of his head.
He was taken to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Investigators believe the incident stemmed from some type of altercation with another person.
Authorities say they have a person of interest in custody.
