Police: 3 Officers Hospitalized In North Philadelphia Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police say three officers were hospitalized after an accident involving another vehicle Wednesday night.
It happened at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 3700 block of L Street in North Philadelphia.
According to police, three 2nd District officers were traveling northbound on L Street in an unmarked vehicle when they were rear-ended by a blue Ford Taurus, sending their vehicle into a pole.
All three officers were taken to Temple University Hospital and are expected to be treated and released.
The other driver was not hurt.
