Police: 21-Year-Old Tahmir Banks Charged With Fatally Shooting Man On SEPTA Train In Kensington
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Prosecutors have charged Tahmir Banks with murder in last month's SEPTA train shooting in Kensington. Police say he shot and killed 41-year-old Nicholas Troxell on the Market-Frankford Line.
It happened at Kensington and Allegheny Avenues on March 30.
Banks, 21, is from Lansdowne. He has been charged with murder and other offenses.
