Police: 19-Year-Old Dead After Vehicle Crashes Into Utility Pole
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 19-year-old man is dead after his car slammed into a utility pole Saturday night, police say. The crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday on the 4100 block of City Avenue.
According to police, the driver was driving a blue Kia sedan when he lost control of the vehicle and hit the utility pole, he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police are investigating what led to the crash.
