5 More Philadelphia Public Pools Open Tuesday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The city of Philadelphia is opening five more public pools on Tuesday.
Here's the list:
- Anderson Recreation Center in Graduate Hospital
- Hancock Playground in Old Kensington
- Heitzman Recreation Center in Port Richmond
- Kelly Pool in Fairmount Park
- Max Myers Playground in Oxford Circle
Most of the pools opened at 11 a.m.
The city says it's opening 47 of 69 outdoor pools on a rolling basis this summer.
It says it's had difficulty finding lifeguards.
