Philadelphia Police Officer At Center Of Sexual Assault Allegation
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating allegations that a woman was sexually assaulted by one of its officers inside a Northeast Philadelphia home.
Sources say the officer drove the woman in a police car, following a DUI stop.
Commissioner Charles Ramsey says the woman was unconscious at the time - making the investigation more difficult.
Right now no charges have been filed.
