Philadelphia Police: Man Dies After Being Shot In Back Of Head In Holmesburg
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man believed to be in his mid-to-late 20s was shot and killed in the city's Holmesburg section. The incident happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. Sunday on the 4700 block of Shelmire Avenue.
Police say the victim was shot once in the back of his head and pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
An investigation remains ongoing.
