Philadelphia City Council Secretary Charged With Stealing
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia City Council secretary is under arrest, charged with stealing.
Nancy Gonzalez is charged with stealing from an elderly woman under her care.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 23, 2012.
