Philadelphia Authorities Investigating Possible Bias Crime After Iconic Statue Smashed In Chinatown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are trying to figure out who smashed an iconic statue in the Chinatown section of Philadelphia.
The Chinese Lion Statue, located outside the Folk Arts Cultural Treasures School at 11th and Callowhill Streets, was pushed off its base and broke its head.
The Philadelphia Human Relations Commission says it's investigating the incident as a possible bias crime.
