Phila. Man Faces Child Pornography Charges For Taping Acts With Teenage Girl
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia man is facing child pornography charges. The suspect is 25-year-old Antoine Hall.
Police say he videotaped consensual sexual acts with a 17-year-old girl. Officials say that Hall and the girl were having a relationship.
Authorities say the girl is a student at Eastern University. Police consider those videos to be pornography because the girl is a minor.
"It's still an ongoing investigation, but there's no indications at this point it's been posted or sent," said Lt. Andy Block of the Radnor Township Police.
Hall is currently in custody. A preliminary hearing is set for next week.
