Phila. Man Charged with Killing Mother-in-Law
Philadelphia police have charged a Port Richmond man with stabbing his mother-in-law to death on Sunday while his sons slept upstairs in her house.

KYW's Pat Loeb reports that 34-year-old Steven Estremera (above) is being held without bail in the murder of 66-year-old Marian Frew.
According to police, Estremera stabbed Frew during an argument, then called police and reported that he'd found Frew already dead in the home they shared in the 3400 block of Weikel Street.
Estremera is charged with murder, robbery, possessing an instrument of crime, theft, recklessly endangering another person and making a false report.
Police say Frew's daughter and two grandchildren, aged 9 and 11, also lived in the house, and the boys were sleeping in a second-floor bedroom when Frew was killed.
