Penn State Will Require Students Returning To Campus To Sign COVID-19 Liability Form
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (CBS) -- Penn State will require students to sign a liability agreement and assume all risks of COVID-19 prior to returning to campus for the fall semester.
Some students and faculty have pushed back against the university's decision to hold some classes in-person.
Penn State says students have the ability to take responsibility for both themselves and each other.
