Overturned Tractor Trailer Snarls Traffic In Chester County
EAST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) - Authorities are investigating an accident involving an overturned tractor trailer near the 30 bypass in Chester County.
The accident happened at about 2:30 p.m., shutting down both the on and off ramp from Route 202 to the bypass. It is not known what caused the accident but the truck collided with a black vehicle.
According to authorities, traffic is exiting the 30 bypass to Route 30. Commuters on Route 202 were not able to exit to Route 30 West as of 3:45 p.m.
The extent of the injuries sustained by the drivers and any occupants in the vehicles is not known at this time .
