Route 42 Southbound Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Crash
BELLMAWR, N.J. (CBS) -- Route 42 in South Jersey has reopened after being closed for several hours following a tractor-trailer crash.
The accident happened shortly after 9 a.m. in the southbound lanes between I-295 and Creek Road in Bellmawr.
Chopper 3 HD was over the scene where it showed a tractor-trailer that somehow landed on its side, blocking the entire southbound lanes.
The lanes were fully re-opened shortly after noon.
Officials with the New Jersey State Police said the tractor driver suffered minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
