Old City Apartment Building Covered In Ice Following Weekend Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An Old City apartment building that caught on fire over the weekend is now covered in ice.
It happened on the 300 block of Front Street.
The two-alarm fire on Sunday spread quickly, causing a partial collapse.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
