Officials: Pediatrician Arrested On Child Porn Charges Dies In Jail
ABINGTON, Pa. (CBS) – Authorities say a pediatrician who was arrested on child pornography charges has died in jail.
Officials say David Kennedy, 48, was found dead yesterday in Montgomery County Corrections Facility.
Police arrested Kennedy after a nurse said she found child pornography on a cell phone given to her by him.
Officials have not released his cause of death at this time.
The District Attorney's Office is investigating.
