They say a Haddon Township officer pulled 38-year-old Edmond Brown of Camden over just off Route 130.

In the video the unidentified officer tells Brown to turn off the truck he was driving while they discuss the traffic stop and Brown's identity.
The truck then speeds forward with the officer hanging out the window. The officer jumped off before Brown crashed into a park car.
The officer then draws his weapon, ordering Brown to the ground. Brown however stands up and runs away.
During the foot chase the officer's gun goes off, striking Brown in the leg before the two wrestle on the ground.
Angela Yancey, whose car was smashed in the crash on Alabama Rd, says before seeing the dash camera video she had no idea Brown was already pulled over before causing the crash.
"I'm thinking that they turned the corner really fast and couldn't control themselves. They were stopped, (Brown) should have listened to authorities and did what they were told. You got caught regardless and you got shot because you didn't listen," says Yancey.
The officer, whose name has not been released, is on administrative leave which is standard procedure after an officer involved shooting. Brown was treated and released from the hospital shortly after the incident.
