Officials: Delco Residents Temporarily Evacuated After Contractor Strikes Gas Main
MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Some Delaware County residents were temporarily forced out of their homes after officials say a contractor struck a gas main in the Middletown area.
Chopper 3 was over the scene at Duttons Mill Road and Greenwood Street.
The fire department said the situation was placed under control around 11:20 a.m. and residents will allowed back in their homes shortly.
