Several students evaluated for injuries after school bus crash in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, officials say

Seven or eight children are being evaluated for injuries after a school bus was involved in a crash Wednesday morning, officials say.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Boot Road and West Chester Pike.

Chopper 3 was overhead where a school bus labeled Marple Newtown School District could be seen, along with a sedan with front-end damage being towed.

A second Marple Newtown School District bus transported several students to the hospital to be evaluated for injuries, police said.

There's no word on what led up to the crash or the conditions of anyone involved.
