New online passport renewal application process to launch early next year
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It could be easier to get your passport renewed in the near future. The State Department says it plans to start taking passport renewal applications online.
During the pandemic, wait times for a renewal reached over 4 months.
The new online renewal system is expected to launch early next year.
